Hi, I’m Kim, a Reflexologist, Hormone Health Coach & Founder of Food For Her
After years in the classroom as a teacher, being a busy mum, and navigating my own hormonal ups and downs, especially after giving birth, I created Food For Her to offer the kind of support I wish I had: compassionate, personalised, evidence-informed and rooted in real-life experience.
As a qualified Reflexology Practitioner (HH Prac.) and a certified Hormonal Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I offer a blend of reflexology, nutrition, and nervous system regulation to help women find balance from the inside out.
Alongside my training in Applied Polyvagal Theory, I incorporate nervous system–informed touch into my reflexology sessions; working gently with the body’s cues to create safety, calm, and connection.
Each session helps you move out of “fight or flight” and into a state where healing, digestion, and hormonal balance can truly happen.
My 1:1 sessions are designed to bring your body back into rhythm so you can feel steady, supported, and in sync with your cycle and yourself.
